My son is 5 months old,he get pcv vaccination yesterday morning and his temperature increased 100.5 in the evening,i gave him crocin 120 12 drops..temperature get normal,but now his temperature flactulate 98.9 98.3 98.0...he is fussy and uncomfortable

PCV usually doesnt cause fever..this can be due to changes in climate. Give paracetamol only if temp crosses 99.5.
