Yesterday he took his first dose of covidshield at 3 pm . Next morning about 5 am he has a fever 101 is this common side effects of vaccine ??

Give 1. Tab Pan40 ( morning evening before food) 2. Tab Emeset 4 mg ( morning evening before food) 3. Tab Calpol 650 mg ( morning afternoon evening after food) 4. ORS Fever is common side effect after Covid vaccination, not to worry
