Fever after every 4-5hr

She has been suffering in fever from more than last 7days.  after every 4-5hr her body temperature is 102+ . sometimes she is feeling cold. All test done like covid, dangue, thiroid but all are negetive. She is a thelasemia patient. Now we don't understand what is the actual reason of her this kind of fever. We are so much thankful if someone give proper suggestions.
