Dr Need guidance. I got shot at 12 Noon yesterday. I got fever 99.5 at  2 AM night, 9:30 AM today morning and 4 PM afternoon. Took paracetamol on fever. No body ache or arm pain I have . Any guidance? Till when this will be over?
