Post covid weakness lingers for about 1-2 months and then eventually subside with proper medications and care. Continue taking multivitamin, proper rest, hydration. Check her SpO2, temp, BP. If all within normal limits without associated high grade fever, breathlessness, excessive cough, diaarhoe etc. then nothing to be worried about. Chances of reinfection are there. So do proper monitoring. If high grade fever (>100) persist for more than 2 days, then consider getting RTPCR done. For relief now take Tab. Dolo650mg sos Keep hydrated.
