Hello. As per your history given, you should go for some investigations as follows : 1. NS 1 Antigen for Denue fever. 2. MP ANTIGEN AND PERIPHERAL SMEAR FOR MALARIA. 3. Serum Widal test and typhidot Igm rapid for typhoid fever. For the fever you can have Tab. DOLO 650 mg as required. For itchiness,  take allegra 120 mg once a day x 3 days.
