Hi, I have tested UPT Positive. My Last Period was 01.02.2023. Today I have done early pregnancy scan. The doctor said Gestational Sac Seen. But baby not able to see since it is very small. What may be the reason. Plz guide

Around  7 weeks  Baby visible,may a bit delayed  conception,that's why  not yet seen.
