Hi my husband got hernia operation in his childhood. Now he s normal and doing work well.. We got married 2 and half years and no child. Gynocologist suggested him semen test. His sperm count is low. Can we increase sperm count normally? Is this possible to get pregnant?

You can get pregnant with low sperm count. It is difficult to increase the count. Instead you can opt for IUI which is simple and effective. Consult your gynecologist.
