Last month my husband had semen analysis it was found that : Sperm count :3 million /ml active mobility is : 15% After one month of medicine (Fertiful M,  lineator) along with some hone remedies. After 1 month, following is the results Sperm count :15 million /ml active mobility is : 50% Such huge improvement is possible or not? my husband again want to verify results. is it advisable to do semen analysis again after 5 days or not? please suggest... thanks in advance..

semen analysis can be FLUCTUATING.  initial count is very low.  please check again with another lab after 3 weeks.
