Hi, hopefully you both got your investigations done and they are normal. Intrauterine Insemination(IUI) is helpful in people who have unexplained subfertility. Every natural cycle we have 10% chance of pregnancy. With IUI it becomes 15% - 20%. With 4 such cycles chances of pregnancy are 60-70%. Cist of insemination is around 5000 to 10000 and 2000 for ultrasound ( follicle monitoring of 5-6 days, to check growth of egg). With test tube baby, chances are 35%- 40%, costing around 1lakh to 1.5 lakh per cycle. Which one you require will be decide by doc after thoroughly examining and investigating you and husband.
