I recently got my ferattin fixed to 90 after taking supplements for long time. Now the treatment is over How do I prevent my anemia and maintain these iron levels? Do I continue taking the dose or I cut the dose into half ? How do I maintain my ferratin levels Before I was severely anemic I am vegan I don't get enough iron In my diet.

Apart from taking hematinics tablets...you have to increase consumption of dates,jaggery,fig,raisins,apricot,spinach etc to get enough iron in ur diet..
