FENO value 34 and HARDNESS in breathing

I have had this hard and tightness in breathing for more than six months. My PFT is fine but FENO is 34. I've been using symbicoart 160 for the last 2 Months. The improvement is very minimal. It really makes me uncomfortable. It always feels like I have a life-threatening issue and my confidence level is becoming very low.

Nothing to worry. Pl continue the Treatment. May be Allergic aetiology.pl identify the Allergen and avoid them.pl do Yoga and pranayama and meditation. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
