I am a 31 year old female with nausea, fatigue, lower left sided abdominal cramps, lower back pain, urinary frequency, stronger sense of smell, sore breast for about 3 weeks. I also only had a 1 1/2 day spotting period a week ago.

It could be urinary tract infection along with PCOs for which u need to get an ultrasound done along with urine test ,post which u may seek advice online or a visit to our clinic.
