I had my regular period then it stopped for a week then started again for 2 weeks and now I'm back on my actual period. I'm also on birth control. I've had problems like having my period twice a month for the regular 3-5 days every other week but now I've been bleeding for 3 weeks straight so wanting to know what's up. last months period was perfectly fine.

Also wanted to tell you that, Oral contraceptive birth control pills has many sideeffects, may be you are not tolerating them.
