I have Infected with covid 2 months ago but still I have symptoms like falling sensation while walking, Imbalance while walking can you what need to take, I have all blood tests like D- dimer - 0.21 ugm feu/ml, crp- 6.5 mg/l , ESR-35 mm,  1 hour, ldh- 139.10 u/l , WBC count : 10500 cells/cmm
