Feet joint pains

I am 46 years women with post menopause.From one and half years no menstrual periods occured..present problem since six months I was suffering feet joint pain and  right foot under swelling pain it's occures oftenly.pls give solution Supplements,any exercises.if i need any medication prescribe it

However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water.
