Sir 10 days back , I suddenly step on coconut piece , then my feet is changed blood clot on small area , but yesterday my friend is checked with pin then inside is nothing in feet but it is paining what to do

Apply Ice on it , Start a short term Antibiotic course , Take Analgesics for 3 days and Consult a surgeon
