Dear team Please look into above photo. Suture have been removed 1 week ago. This is how foot condition for now. Please advice is it normal or some action needs to be taken here. Also I want to ask  can we use neosprin powder instead of tbact for wound.

The wound has healed well. Dead skin peeling is normal. There is thread on the wound is the suture not removed completely? Advised to share a clearer picture. If may get infected if not removed.
