Feels like something struck in my throat

Please read fully.I have suffering from something struck in my throat. For past few days it will come and cure by itself. And later for past 10 days its not going so doctor suggested it may be GERD. Because I having lot of gastrics problem. Also I have taken continuos medicine for 6 days Pantoprazole only after that it feels like cured, so I haven't put medicine for past 4 days. Now again it comes but this time it feels like I have GERD with strep throat (suddenly a RASH for 2days comes in thigh with itching) little pain in larynx. Also I have mild congestion in starting of oropharyngeal region. Sometimes if I touch my throat left and right I feel pain like lymph nodes. So my question is about what will be the problem whether I have GERD, STREP THROAT, Laryngopharyngeal reflux,or any other severe problem,I thinking whether I have any cancer .Now I'm facing heart burn also. Please help me with this hope you will read fully and explain. It will great help for me thanks
