Feeling weekness in legs

I sometimes feel weekness in legs and twitching. I smoke and recently one of my friend got DVT. I have mild vericose veins on both legs around anckle and beneath my right knee I have seen green colors veins which are prominent but do not hurt. I want to know if I have any circulation related problem. If there is any test ultrasound or venography how much do they cost.
