Hello, Take the tablets as advised by your doctor and also take paracetamol tablets if you are having fever. You can take these tablets at interval of 6 hours for fever. It may be a viral fever which will take sometime to settle down so not to worry much. Bodyache is also very common..  Just take some rest and warm foods and soups. Hope this might be helpful to you.
