Feeling vertigo(vertigo) every time

I have feeling vertigo(chakkar) in daily life from 10 days. Recently my treatment is going on for back pain and in my blood test report BP and sugar is normal but ESR is high around 55 and RA FACTOR is 4.8 . I don't understand why is this happen continuously. Please give me any reason behind this vertigo and some useful treatment for this.
