Doctor, I dont know why from past 2-3 days I'm feeling unwell. Unwell in terms of I feel stomach tightness and feel weak at different intervals. Its not regular. I'm constipated as well. I have to go washroom twice to thrice a day. Is it due to masturbation? Because whenever I do that (once a week) it causes me weakness for 2-3 days and constipated for the same days. Kindly help, thank you🙏

Masturbation per se causes energy loss ,with low stamina it's bound to happen causing weakness
