Feeling uneasiness

I got fully vaccinated on 02.06.2021 and after 1 week also I'm Feeling uneasy. For eg If I am standing at a place for more than 5 mins then I feel like fainting with mild headache and i also have loss of appetite. My BP is 104/66.

Bp is low. You are dehydrated. Drink a lot of water and juices. You can also drink electerol liquid. Coconut water is the best naturally available liquid.
