I am feeling hungry every 2 hours after i started to swim regularly! how to avoid being hungry! i want to burn my tummy.. if i keep on eating every 2 hours, my exercise will not be of any use

Use protein foods instead of carbohydrates. Boiled chicken, paneer are good options. Completely cut out sugar.... Drink plenty of water after exercise...  U should keep eating every 3 hours- fruits(papaya, oats, boiled eggs).
