Hi I can understand your concern Not all thirsty feeling is related to diabetes You just need to drink adequate water when you take carbohydrate food Or it can be a climate change, maybe you need a little bit extra amount of water You need carbohydrate for your routine regular life or else you cannot concentrate on your work Even simple gastritis can increased thirst Plan for regular exercise eat a balance diet you will get better
