Having thyroid taking 100mg                   tablet,no family history of diabetes,recently had bleeding gums and its cured now stopped taking medicines also,no tiredness also         taken acistat for 5 days then it was ok ,now stopped taking acistat and same stomach empty feeling,morning motions are normal also and daily 2 or 3 times normal motion.
