Feeling sort of numb in the brain/body

2022-01-13 15:26:30
While sleeping I feel vibrations in my head. I am not able to stop them for a few seconds and during those few seconds, it feels like I am not able to move or speak. Sometimes I also feel like someone is completely weighing my body down by putting a lot of force because of which I am not able to move at all. It takes all my strength to speak and move to break through it. Can someone suggest what might be the issue?
