Hi doctor, I am under treatment for hypochondria anxieties. I am taking preoxtine 25mg each day. I am now days feeling very sleepy around 11am and could not keep eye. I did my cbc test recently. Attached here. What could be reason ?? I am little tensed.

The reports are normal, check vitamin d and b12 levels.take mltivitamins and minerals. Do yoga and meditation.
