I can understand your concern.
Generalised weakness and such vague body pains like yours are consistent with nutritional deficiencies which lead to anemia.
Take care of your food habits, have high protein diet. Diet rich in iron. Dark green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Drink milk in the night, night is the best time to drink milk.
Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month will be of great help.
