I am feeling Palpitations even while sleeping at night this was happen first time to me during walking and stepping also my heartbeat fluctuating . It goes around 190 . What is the issue is it psychiatric problem of any heart related issue. Yesterday I have done ECG and it is normal It was firt time that during sleep I had feels Jase meri saas ruk gayi hai. Aur neend khul gayi main bahut dar gaya hu. Kya karu . Anyone please help.
