Feeling pain in solder

Feeling pain in left shoulder.when I rotate my arm backwards or stretch arm or try to touch my back in case of itching,I feel a lot of pain in shoulder and can not retain in same position .

It might be due to early adhesive capsulitis or  impingement or tendinitis
