My throat is feeling fullness, seem like pressure on my throat , also feeling heavyness, 3 months back I have taken laryngoscopy, report came back normal study , and recently i have take 70 degree throat endoscopy, report reveal Lymphoid hyperplasia please advice what shall I do to get better of my problem

Take anti reflux medications/antacids. Do Betadine gargles. Avoid oily food/smoking/alcohol. Avoid stress, anxiety can cause feeling of throat tightness too.
Next Steps
Lymphoid hyperplasia usually does not need to be worried about unless it is severe or causing obstructive symptoms.
