Foracort & Bilastine may cause gas (acid reflux, slow digestion). Rinse mouth after Foracort & use a spacer to reduce stomach issues. Try stopping Bilastine for a few days to check if symptoms improve. Eat small, frequent meals & avoid gas-triggering foods. Continue Cintapride if effective for digestion. Use probiotics & sleep with head elevated to reduce reflux. If symptoms persist, consult a gastroenterologist.
