Feeling imbalance

My Vitamin D level is 22. Other things normal. For the past few days I am unable to sit and concentrate on computer. Feel as if I am about to fall/imbalance. Can it be due to low Vitamin D level or something else. Please advise.

Vitamin D levels will not lead to imbalance..May be due to neurological , neck and ear related issues..so consult a neurologist and follow his advice
