You should  get ultrasound  whole abdomen , rule out gall stones and other pathology.  . Please do blood investigations  cbc, kft, lft, inr. You should  start antacid- tab pantaprazole 40mg OD. You also need to get clinical examination done. Take tab albendazole 400mg just befor skeep for three days for deworming. If symptoms persists , you need to do upper gi endoscopy.  Adhered to healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods, oily food,  fast foods.

Avoid spicy food, outside food.Preferably try home made food, rich in proteins with low carbohydrates.( can try millets, tofu, paneer, eggs, sprouts). Eat lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Can try,Tab Razo,20mg,twice daily for 2 weeks, followed by SOS basis on recurrence of Tablet has to be taken, half an hour before having food. Hope this works.
Next Steps
