Feeling gas near left chest, also sometimes pain as some time pinching, is it related to heart disease or gastric issues, burping, bloated stomach for few days now. Had this symptom frequently, did angiogram 2 year back and found no issues, they said it's due to gas, again same symptoms for last one year Thanks

Since angiogram was normal 2 years back, it is unlikely to be due to cardiac disease. At ur age it is very unlikely thay you developed any blocks in these 2 years
