Feeling dizzy

Taking tablet for acid reflux which was diagnosed 2 months back. Pantop d Recently using doxolin ax with doctors consultation for breathing issues. But past 3 to 4 days feeling like fainting suddenly after 10 to 15 steps of walking. Hands and legs pain. Sharp needle pain sometimes right side and sometimes left side. Attaching chest x ray
