Hello Doc, I'm feeling so much dizzy and weak after seeing any errotic things for more than 15 mins or something. I'm a lot away from pornography for at least 2 months for this problem. But I often look into some soft errotic videos on Instagram and telegram, but after looking into those kinda things I feel for masturbation and after ejaculation I get so dizzy and feel unnaturally weak, mood upset, and problem in focusing into studies for 2-5 days. It gets better after then and I watch those stuffs again and become weak again. I googled it and got to know that it's called POIS (Post orgasmic illness syndrome) please help me how to cope up with it. Thank you
