Feeling cold n fever

My son suddenly started feeling cold at feet around 12 noon and had temperature 100. After some time it rose to 102. I gave ibugesic plus. There was no fever in evening. But now again he is feeling cold at hands. Kindly advise..

Chills happen in fever....give paracetamol 4_6 hrly if needed...if child is otherwise active n playful during afebrile period,  feeding nicely , fever responding to paracetamol, can wait for 2-3 days
