Feeling cold/hot at left chest

While having water, I felt cold/hot depends on hot Or cold water for few months. It is not every day and every time. But it's few days and few times. Long back consulted doctor, suggested 14 days medicine treatment. (Sompraz kit, instaRelief etc) It was fine during usage. But seems it is not completely recovered. Can some one suggest better way to completely come out of it?

Pl manage ur diet - cold milk , icecream chana sattu etc should be taken and should not remain empty stomach for more than 4-5 hrs . No spicy food . Pantop40 once daily should be taken for two more weeks . Sucralfate suspension 15 ml if burning stomach is there .
