Hii dr my self adarsh 28 year old my weight is 100 kg once I do hard work or climbing on stairs or angry after sometime I feel like I m gone die or having fast heart beat and feeling washroom and toilet ecg echo normal all blood test is normal dr suggest me that u have a anxiety can you please tell me why it is so,
