Finding a lump sort of a thing in my neck on the left side.. and when i touch it its paining.. jus came across this today morning I have been suffering with cough n cold too

He seems to be having acute cervical lymphadenitis secondary to viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own once viral infection comes under control. Only symptomatic treatment is required such as mild painkillers and cough medication if required
