Feel uneasy,down, heavy heart

When ever anyone argue or talk louder I feel uneasy, heavy heart and tensed,also not like to talk louder, taking BP medicines Telma40 as have BP few weeks ago,now 80- 130 but feel uneasy more often, please advise

It could be due to stress.However do get a Regular cardiac check by your cardiologist and ecg,echo and treadmill test of not done recently as advised by cardiologist
