Smokeless tobacco and arecanut are the commonest causative agents for this.
So the first thing for you to do is to quit the Habit immediately because you realise that it is harmful and has started to show its destructive action. Then you should consult an oral pathologist for an appropriate diagnosis so that the right treatment can be instituted based on that.
