I sometimes feel like bugs are crawling under skin at knee area. Only at night i feel. I feel it for few seconds then it vanishes. Little numbness can be felt. Majorly at knee i feel, not at other body parts.

Get it examined by a Neuro specialists for numbness. Need to know if there was any history of injury, local infection, skin discoloration, diabetes, whether it involves both the legs etc..
