Feel lethargic, no hunger and vomit feel

I have not been feeling very well since a couple of weeks. Don't get much hungry, feel like vomiting after eating. I got some medical test done in which liver profile showed some concern. Bilirubin Direct - 0.84, indirect- 2.3, SGOT - 43, SGPT - 40, Albumin - 4.9. My bilirubin has been above normal since many years.

Get you USG abdomen done may be you are having some problem in liver or gall bladder.and show the result to nearby physician.
