My baby has 12 months .shall I stop to give breastfeeding..And if I stop giving milk. How to reduce to give my milk for my baby boy

Stop breastfeeding completely,give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass or spoon and katori. Give 4 solid meals,including all items cooked at home.
