Mam my baby is 1 month 11 days old . How much quantity of formula milk should I have to give her and after how many days I have to increase the quantity?

Try to give complete Breast feeding. If not possible at all.. at least 100ml /kg /day divided into 8-10 feeds per day. Each scoop of formula powder added to 30ml of water. Based on his weight and age increase the feed quantity.
