Feeding & Loose Stool Passing

How many ever times I'm feeding (Both - Sometimes BM & FM) my baby (5 month running), she is passing loose stool within 2 mins after every feed. I gave "ofloxacin & metronidazole suspension" once yesterday. Now again she is in the same lane. And also she takes out milk, even after burping. I feed 30 - 60 ml per feed. What should I do ?
